INSTRUCTIONS:
If you are registering on-line, print out the TSC Release.doc and either the Quiksilver Adult Release Form (if participant is 18 years or older) or the Quiksilver Minor Release Form (if participant is under 18 years old). Sign and return by mail to: Texas Surf Camps, P. O. Box 1529, Port Aransas, Texas 78373, or bring signed forms with you to camp (mailing them in advance will expedite the check-in process and allow more time for surfing). If the participant is under 18 years of age, the TSC Release and the Quiksilver Minor Release must be signed by the participant's parent or legal guardian. Submission of signed releases is required prior to participation in any camp event. If registering by mail, also print and complete the 2010 Application, and send with payment and signed release forms to: Texas Surf Camps, P. O. Box 1529, Port Aransas, Texas 78373.
